The remainder of your payment is due by 15 April 2023.

Yes and yes! You’re lucky enough to be part of the early iterations of Hankinco Adventures and the experiences are designed to accommodate your families and closest friends. Please share this website with anyone you’d like to join you in Budapest and the Hungarian countryside. Hankinco Adventures welcomes anyone who feels connected to our vision and values.

If you’re planning to travel with your family (requiring more than 1 room) or with kids please let us know as soon as possible. We need to coordinate with the hotels in Budapest and our yet-to-be-announced countryside location to accommodate you.

The short answer is: like-minded travelers! Many of those invited to Hungary are educators, artists, young professionals, and retirees who are directly connected to the Hankinco Adventures team. Many of the folks joining our Hungary trip attended our adventure last year in Belize.

The network of connections expands to the friends and families of those directly invited - there are no strangers as Hankinco Adventures are invite-only experiences.

This is not a group tour. You will have the option to join many curated on-site activities, excursions, and events but there is no expectation that you attend everything. We encourage each traveler and group to enjoy Hankinco Adventures in the way that feels most natural to each individual.

For those of you traveling solo and looking to make new friends — this is the perfect adventure to join. All guests will be personally connected to the experience through a direct invite.

Once you’ve submitted your RSVP and deposit we encourage you to book your travel to Budapest ASAP. There are many reasonable one-stop itineraries available from all major US cities. Flights from most US cities to Budapest range from $900-1400 in August (depending on where you’re traveling from in the US).

You should plan to arrive in Budapest, Hungary on (or before) Saturday August 5, 2023 before 5pm. We will begin our opening night celebrations that evening. Stay tuned for further details.

We will arrange for pickup from the Budapest International Airport to our hotel.

The Hankinco Adventure team will be providing further guidance on land/air travel details as we approach August. We’ll also share the most up to date Covid information for entering/exiting Hungary.
